MicroAir I is the manual model, MicroAir II adds up/down buttons and accepts contact closure input, and MicroAir IV accepts a 0-10 volt input for high-speed switching or PLC connection. The right model depends on whether your line needs manual adjustment, remote switching, automation, or fast pressure changes for bump and taper tubing.

Yes. MicroAir units are manufactured in the United States at On Line Controls, Inc.’s facility in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Units can be configured for the application, including model type, channel count, and pressure range. OLC supports manufacturers across the USA and can also ship completed units worldwide by UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

MicroAir regulators are available in ultra-low pressure ranges from as low as 0-2 inches of water up to 0-5 psi. They can regulate below 1 inch of water for demanding extrusion applications. Available configurations include single channel, dual channel, three-channel, and four-channel units depending on the tubing line and control requirements.

Yes. MicroAir IV is designed to accept a 0-10 volt input, making it suitable for connecting to PLCs or other equipment. This model is commonly used when extrusion lines require high-speed pressure switching, such as bump tubing and taper tubing. MicroAir II can also accept contact closures for certain remote control needs.

MicroAir units can be sent to OLC for evaluation, testing, repair, and damping fluid replacement. Units less than 10 years old can usually be serviced in one day after receipt and testing. Older units may be evaluated, but units with serial numbers lower than 7000 are not repairable due to internal body wear from long-term use.

All MicroAir units are covered by a three-year manufacturer’s warranty on parts and labor. If a unit is out of warranty, OLC provides the repair cost after the unit is received and tested, and a purchase order may be required.
