MicroAir regulators are available in ultra-low to low pressure ranges, from 0–2 inches of water up to 0–5 psi. The MicroAir I series also supports extended ranges up to 0–30 inches of water. Each unit can be ordered in the range best suited to your specific extrusion application, and range change service is available after purchase.

The MicroAir I uses a manual 30-turn knob for set-point control with no electrical power required for regulation. The MicroAir II adds contact closure inputs for automatic control from a diameter gauge or external controller. The MicroAir IV features a high-speed voice-coil motor with 0–10V input, enabling sub-100ms response for PLC integration and bump/taper tubing applications.

Yes. Multi-channel models—available in dual, 3-channel, and 4-channel configurations—provide independent pressure control for each lumen. Each channel can have a different pressure range and its own display and output option, making them ideal for complex catheter and multi-lumen medical tubing extrusion lines.

MicroAir IV units respond in less than 0.1 second—typically around 20 milliseconds for a 50% full-scale step change. This high-speed response makes them suitable for bump and taper tubing applications where rapid pressure switching is required between defined set points during the extrusion cycle.
