MicroAir Regulators are available in multiple pressure ranges from as low as 0–3 inches of water up to 0–5 psi. Extended range options on some models include 0–5", 0–10", 0–15", and 0–30" of water. Each channel in multi-channel units can be configured with a different range to suit diverse extrusion requirements.

MicroAir Regulators are offered in three control interface types: manual-only via a 30-turn precision knob (MicroAir I), contact closure input compatible with diameter gauges and OD controllers (MicroAir II), and 0–10V analog input for PLC or automated system integration (MicroAir IV). All models support precise, repeatable set-point control.

The number of channels corresponds to the number of lumens you need to control independently. OLC offers single-channel, dual-channel, 3-channel (MultiAir), and 4-channel (MultiAir) configurations. Each channel can have its own pressure range, digital display, and output option, giving you full independent control over each lumen in complex multi-lumen tubing production.

Yes. MicroAir IV models feature high-speed switching capability with response times under 0.1 second (typically 20 msec for 50% of full scale). This makes them ideal for bump and taper tubing applications where rapid, programmable pressure transitions are required. The 0–10V input allows direct connection to a PLC for automated switching sequences.

MicroAir I and II models have a standard response time of approximately 2 minutes from zero to full scale, suitable for applications where gradual, stable pressure changes are acceptable. MicroAir IV models respond in less than 0.1 second (typically 20 msec for 50% of full scale), making them ideal for high-speed diameter changes and bump/taper tubing production.

All MicroAir Regulators include a 3-year warranty covering parts and labor, plus unlimited phone support for the life of the product. OLC also offers a range change service, allowing units to be reconfigured for different pressure ranges.
