MicroAir I uses a 30-turn manual knob for simple, precise set-point control. MicroAir II adds contact closure inputs (Air Up/Air Down) for integration with diameter gauges or external controllers. MicroAir IV features a high-speed 0–10V analog input with a precision voice-coil motor, enabling PLC control and sub-0.1-second response times for bump and taper tubing applications.

Yes. MicroAir IV models accept a 0–10 volt analog input compatible with PLCs and other external control devices. They support Dual State mode, Linear mode, and Manual Setting, making them ideal for automated extrusion lines, bump and taper tubing, and multi-lumen applications requiring high-speed programmable pressure switching.

The number of channels corresponds to the number of lumens you need to control independently. Dual Channel MicroAir handles two lumens, the 3-Channel MultiAir handles three, and the 4-Channel MultiAir IV handles four. Each channel can be configured with a different pressure range and its own display, giving independent precision control per lumen.

MicroAir I and II (manual and contact closure models) have a standard response time of approximately 2 minutes from zero to full scale.
