MicroAir regulators are available in ultra-low pressure ranges starting from 0–2 inches of water up to 0–5 psi. Extended ranges such as 0–10, 0–15, and 0–30 inches of water are also available on select 3-channel models. The appropriate range depends on your tubing application and the precision required for diameter control.

MicroAir I features manual-only control via a 30-turn precision knob. MicroAir II adds contact closure input from diameter gauges or external controllers alongside manual adjustment. MicroAir IV uses a 0–10V analog input for high-speed PLC-controlled switching — ideal for bump and taper tubing — with response times under 0.1 second using a precision voice-coil linear motor.

MicroAir I and II models have a standard response time of approximately 2 minutes to reach full scale. MicroAir IV models offer high-speed response of less than 0.1 second (typically 20 milliseconds for 50% of full scale), making them ideal for bump and taper tubing applications requiring rapid, programmable pressure switching.
