The MicroAir II uses contact closure inputs and manual up/down buttons, reaching full scale in approximately 2 minutes — suitable for set-and-hold applications. The MicroAir IV accepts 0–10V analog input for PLC integration and responds in under 0.1 second, making it better suited for high-speed switching in bump, taper, and automated extrusion lines.

Yes. The MicroAir IV series accepts a 0–10 volt analog input, enabling direct connection to PLCs, extruder controllers, or other automation devices. The MicroAir II series accepts Air Up and Air Down contact closure inputs from O.D. gauges or other controllers, offering flexible integration for both automated and semi-manual extrusion setups.

OLC offers single-channel, dual-channel, 3-channel, and 4-channel configurations. Multi-channel units (MultiAir series) are designed for multi-lumen tubing extrusion, where each lumen requires independent, precise air pressure control. Each channel can be configured with a different pressure range and its own digital display and output option.

OLC's regulators are used primarily in medical tubing extrusion (including catheter manufacturing), automotive tubing production, and general plastic profile extrusion.
