OLC MicroAir regulators are available in three primary control configurations: manual-only 30-turn knob adjustment (MicroAir I), contact closure input from diameter gauges or controllers (MicroAir II), and 0–10 volt analog input for PLC or automated control (MicroAir IV). Each offers different response speeds to match your process requirements.

MicroAir IV models deliver a response time of less than 0.1 second — typically around 20 milliseconds for 50% of full scale. This high-speed switching capability makes them ideal for bump and taper tubing applications where rapid, precise pressure transitions are critical to maintaining dimensional accuracy.

Yes. MicroAir IV models accept a 0–10 volt analog input, enabling direct integration with PLCs or other external control devices.
