MicroAir regulators are available in pressure ranges from as low as 0–2 inches of water up to 0–5 psi. Multiple range options exist across the product line, including 0–3", 0–5", 0–10", 0–15", and 0–30" of water, as well as 0–3 psi and 0–5 psi, allowing selection based on your specific tubing extrusion requirements.

The MicroAir I uses manual control via a 30-turn precision knob with standard response. The MicroAir II adds contact closure inputs for automated diameter gauge integration, also with standard response (~2 minutes to full scale). The MicroAir IV features a precision voice-coil linear motor with high-speed response under 0.1 second and accepts 0–10V analog or PLC input, making it ideal for bump and taper tubing and automated production lines.

Yes. Multi-channel MicroAir units — available in dual, 3-channel, and 4-channel configurations — provide independent pressure control for each lumen in multi-lumen tubing. Each channel can be configured with a different pressure range and its own digital display, allowing precise simultaneous control of multiple lumens within a single stainless steel enclosure.

The MicroAir IV series models accept a 0–10V analog input, enabling direct integration with PLCs or other automated control devices. This allows programmable pressure switching, remote setpoint control, and automated bump or taper tubing production without manual intervention, making them well-suited for modern, automated extrusion lines.
