MicroAir II — Contact Controlled Pressure Regulator

MicroAir II units are available in multiple pressure ranges from as low as 0–3 inches of water up to 0–5 psi. Ultra-low ranges can regulate pressures below 1 inch of water with high accuracy, making them ideal for delicate medical and catheter tubing applications where minimal internal air pressure is required.

The MicroAir II is available in Single Channel (MAII), Dual Channel (DMAII), and 3-Channel MultiAir (MU3MAII) configurations. Each channel can be independently configured with a different pressure range, its own digital display, and its own output option, allowing precise control of individual lumens in multi-lumen tubing production.

The MicroAir II accepts contact closure inputs from diameter gauges and features standard response time of approximately 2 minutes to full scale—ideal for steady-state tubing extrusion. The MicroAir IV accepts 0–10V analog/PLC input with a high-speed response of less than 0.1 second, making it suited for bump and taper tubing applications requiring rapid pressure switching.
