The MicroAir I uses a manual 30-turn knob for pressure adjustment, while the MicroAir II adds contact closure input capability, allowing automatic pressure correction from a diameter gauge. The MicroAir II also includes dual-speed Red and Green up/down buttons for manual override, giving operators both automated and hands-on control in the same unit.

MicroAir II units are available in multiple ultra-low pressure ranges from 0–3 inches of water up to 0–5 psi. The appropriate range depends on your tubing application, material, and extrusion line requirements. Yes. The MicroAir II is available in single-channel, dual-channel, and 3-channel (MultiAir) configurations. The 3-channel model allows each channel to have a different pressure range and its own display, making it ideal for multi-lumen catheter and medical tubing extrusion where each lumen requires independent air pressure control.
